I need a new pillow but I am confounded by the sheer choice. How does one go about actually choosing the right pillow in this year of our Lord 2024?

I found one I could afford at Target in the city lol. Other than that, I cannot assist further.

That approach (or alternatively the one a physio sold me once) has been my go to for all of my adult life....but I made the mistake of going online and being overwhelmed. I might just nick down to Bed Bath and Table tomorrow and pick one at random....

With so many dipping sauce ideas it was hard to make a choice, so I ended up making 4. I have a vinegar & ginger, vinegar soy & chlli, spring onion oil, and a gyoza sauce recipe that included pretty much everything - vinegar, soy, chili, garlic, ginger, spring onion, sesame seeds and sesame oil.

I also decided to make some satay sticks, so I also have a peanut sauce to go with them. The sauce worked out really well, I may be tempted to dip all the dumplings in that too!

It all took a bit longer than expected, but It's all done now - including a birthday cake for desert (plain vanilla) and I made a small extra cake so I'm enjoying a slice of that before bed.
