Service and preferences. It's from the GAPS I installed but it no longer works since I uninstalled them and forgot to reboot

Is that even clickable? It just looks like a heading to me where a section should be, but is no longer.

It's supposed to be if you have GAPS, it just looked strange since I haven't seen them in almost two years

That must be it, I installed GAPS some time ago then got angry at it and removed them but forgot to reboot
