All this really shows is how good Hamilton's first year was. Would be good to see this adjusted to % of total available points.

Adjusted for inflation, Lewis' 2007 season would have been worth 249 points. Which is even more insane.

We would have to adjust the scaling of the chart to fit everybody else if percentage of available points was taken

Seriously how much does this really mean? Yeah the better drivers tend to be near the top. There just seems to be too many variables in F1 to make much of this.

Yeah this just shows that McLaren are the only top team to field rookies and Force India had a decent year in 2017.
