I don't know what he meant by "kenaikan sebanyak 52 peratus", because the raw sugar price I found has been above 26 US cents per pound since September, and hasn't break above 28 cents. That's about RM2.78 per kg for imported unrefined sugar, close to our wholesale and retail price cap for refined sugar.
