I don’t think they can thrive indoors but i can tell you what I would try. Lavender comes from the Mediterranean region and those plants like rocky poor soil, very little water, and full sun. So pick the sunniest spot in the house, fill the pot with rocks and sand and also some dirt, and water maybe every month or every other month. I would also go with a terracotta pot. Good luck! If it works come back and show us

I tried once. Wasn't going well, because they didn't have enough light. But I think it's still worth a shot, lavender is just great and if it work you've got yourself a nice lavender plant.
iirc its one of those things that requires outdoor full sun
Wouldn’t the fragrance just be overwhelming inside the house? Seems like it would be. They always strike me as insanely strong whenever I walk by them outside, I think having that in the house would just make me sick
Oh shit good point I didn't think of that
Lavender does just fine indoor, if it has lots of light, but I second the smell issue. As long as it's only green, it's fine, but when it blooms, it overpowers everything rly quickly.
