There is a new Lemmy app called Memmy in alpha right now!

It's being made by @gkd and has a repo up at https://github.com/gkasdorf/memmy/

the github mentions android, I think it will be cross platform eventually

it is pretty good already, so even android users may want to follow development progress

Yeah it’s a react native app so it should end up being cross platform. I’m replying from the iOS version and it’s pretty good already for being in such an early state.

On iOS I'm using Mlem, but I'm so happy to see more apps being built! :)

I have tested it out and I’m glad the bugs are being fixed. I keep going back to Mlem (also in TestFlight). I like the darker background and except for the crashes seems to work lightly better than Memmy. I hope both get a lot more features and kinks worked out.

I’ve joined the beta and it’s working really well! Not perfect obviously as it’s all new but it’s working 👍🏻😄👍🏻
