Good, ban Tiktok. And maybe FB and Insta while you're at it.

and what is the big deal? There is no law forbidding them from doing so afaik.

“For example, there was content on Prime Minister’s speech and several pictures from Gaza... and TikTok in their feedback said there were violent images. When I looked at the content, the pictures were of a father carrying his lifeless child shrouded in cloth. No blood, nothing gory.

Those kind of images are still distressing to have them appear on other users' screen, and can be categorised as violent since death is implied. We see how is TikTok's response after seeking further explanation.

I don't think it matters what's the reason behind Tiktok's decision to remove content on their own platform. they should be able to do whatever they want within the confines of the law.

“If they want to play around with us, we will take a very, very firm stand.

“We don’t want our right to freedom of expression, especially in issues relating to Palestine, to be restricted by irresponsible parties for certain reasons,” he said.

I just wanna see if TikTok allow Pro-israel stuff what would happen. Is it still going to be a question about Freedom of Expression lol.
