"How British colonialism killed 100 million Indians in 40 years" is an incredibly different headline than the post title.

The article doesn't even mention socialism.

The article talks about the horrors that actually happen under capitalism that people living in capitalist societies often project onto socialism. Hope that helps you.

often project onto socialism

Could you give an example source to back up what you're saying?

The linked article in the submission is an example source of a holocaust caused by capitalism. This study shows that transition to capitalism resulted in an unprecedented mortality crisis struck Eastern Europe during the 1990s, causing around 7 million excess deaths is another example. https://academic.oup.com/cje/advance-article/doi/10.1093/cje/beac072/7081084?guestAccessKey=01c8dd9f-af1c-48b3-b271-eb5d3a45017c&login=false

Mass death and famines under communism is literally the most popular trope in the west.

I asked for an example source. I'll take your response as a "no", you can't give an example source.

It's pretty hilarious that you actually thought I couldn't give you an example. Here you go https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Black_Book_of_Communism

This book is often used as a source for horrors of communism and it's been widely discredited. That's just one obvious example you could've found with two minutes of googling instead of making a clown of yourself here.

It's not on me to find sources to back up what you're saying, it's on you to provide sources to back up what you're saying.

Asking for something that's common knowledge is not a question in good faith. It's just you exposing yourself as a troll. Expecting people to provide you sources for shit you could easily look up yourself is just wasting other people's time trying to pretend like you have a point to make. Now that you got the source for your inane question, you can kindly go troll elsewhere.

something that's common knowledge

LOL you're deluded

Kinda feel like this article is more about racism, imperialism, and colonization than it is about capitalism. Capitalism might have motivated the racsim, but if you know not view a group of people as being human, then bad shit is gonna happen regardless of the economic system.
