The actual unedited title of this is

Migratory birds can be taught to adjust to climate change, study shows

(Shame on op for editorializing this title)

The birds didn't "adapt." They were captured, put in a van, and driven 600km north. The birds don't do this by themselves.

What if we run out of north?

I was going to mention… north is a limited resource.

And what about Australia.

Move more south

Move nearer Polaris

Lol. Cool story, bruh.

Let's see them adapt to the endless expansion of humanity and the inevitable destruction of their nesting grounds.

Sorry if this seems overly cynical, but I just watched a video on mass salmon die off in BC, and note that half of BCs salmon spp. Could be gone by 2050.

Not just Salman either. Tons of sea life are getting pushed towards extinction.

I was wondering about this, plus what species are they invading upon by moving further north?

Maybe those non-migrating birds.

Did climate change write this article?

I think Clarence Thomas did as part of his continued work for the Koch family.

Holy shit why hasn't someone tried this already? We just move everyone north!
