Android work profiles will do this for you.
Set a factor to unlock your work profile and you will have to "unlock" each time you open a work app.

Partially works. Thanks
Already uses Shelter. The problem with this method is, it unblocks entire Work profile ( all apps in work profile + all their notifications ). But, I wish to block selective apps in Main profile. Anyways, this method is better than installing a A Lock app with Ad$ ๐
I always thought about having Multiple profiles ( work 1 , work 2 etc ) .
True. But every time your phone goes to sleep, or you turn your screen off, you have to unlock the work profile again.
I also would like multiple work profiles on a phone
if you just wanna block network access I use trackercontrol.org
the full version is on fdroid.
No, this is for app access. Check here: https://www.xda-developers.com/how-to-lock-apps-on-your-android-phone/
