I fucking hate Elon Musk, but this story is probably nothing. They changed their profile pic which automatically removes verification marks for a short time. They had to implement this after someone used a paid check mark to impersonate a drug company in a way that embarrassed them into lowering their price on insulin.
Validation that they are doing something right.
He’s afraid Tesla employees will unionize.
