do these tools use gpt 3.5 or at least on par with it?
Obsidian has GPT plugins that draw from your vault, although I have personally not tried them.
If you has access to gpt 3.5 16k or 32k, you should be able to do this using prompting.
Or do you really want to fine tune gp3 to create your own model on top of it? Sounds rather questionable for a single document, but who knows....
