Eylenburgh's tech website has a guide on how to buy monero, although I haven't tried it myself

much thanks to @gary_host_laptop for the logo design :)
Not sure about using visa gift cards, but there is Haveno DEX branded as RetoSwap which is a peer to peer exchange with many different payment methods available. https://retoswap.com/
Note retroswap supports physical cash transactions. I've never used it but It looks like you'll need some Monero as a security deposit, and of course there's is random chance involved in finding a willing seller to accept the gift card. If you pay with the card, remember whoever originally bought it is theoretically traceable by visa.
There are also many sites that will buy gift cards, at a loss. You may be able to use one of them to turn it into fiat.
Also a pawn shop may give you cash for a gift card, idk.
That might be kind of difficult. You might try something like hodlhodl or offer to buy something on xmrbazaar
Nice try, Special Agent Hnp.
Robosats used to have gift cards as an option. Not sure anymore. It’s been awhile.
If bitcoin, there are bitcoin ATMs, not sure if these exist for other coins. Find such ATM and buy with cash. Wear a mask and sunglasses and a generic hoodie with the hood up.
Disclaimer: I never used these, only know that they exist.
The majority of ATM's require some form of KYC https://coinatmradar.com/
I found a youtube video demonstrating the use of a bitcoing atm to deposit into a wallet, it did not show any ID or "take a photo of your face" requirements, just a simple deposit, perhaps times have changed?
