We’re over halfway through the day. Our 2 year old has managed to go in the potty 4 out of 5 times so far. Only one accident. Keep your fingers crossed for us!

Update: 5 out of 6 successful potties!

Best of luck! Don't get discouraged if things backslide a bit, happens all the time, but they'll get it eventually.

We’ve been having a lot of success! She goes to daycare during the week, and they don’t seem to push the potty training too hard. But on weekends we go diaper off at home, and she’s been doing great announcing “oh, I need to pee pee” and running to the toilet. A few accidents here and there, but she’s crushing it overall!

What equipment are you using? I have to start soon, but I'm scared

We have a mix of pull ups, “training underwear,” and just normal kids’ underwear. Though, we started the training with her just completely naked. Once it looked like she understood the concept of going to the toilet, we added the underwear in so she can practice taking them down when she has to go.

As for the actual toilet, we have an Elmo toilet that makes a flushing noise when you hit the lever.
