For instance: if the Trump admin. tries to coerce CA to drop its climate change initiatives by cutting off federal highway funds, could port fees be increased to make up for the ~~the~~ change?

Is this something the Governor could do unilaterally, or would it take legislative action?

That this is how we gotta deal with baby-hands is terrible. I'm for it, we've gotta figure out how keep companies/jobs in CA while also punishing the people who keep saying "states rights, but not like that".

We should be solving cancer and building our country up, but instead we gotta waste energy to keep the neo Nazis outside the gates. Fuck 'em.
