I joined the group of hosters for Signal-Proxies. PM me for getting the address.

But as the official configuration requires a dedicated server (or public IP) I needed to change it, so I would appreciate it if anyone is willing to test how reliable it is. If it works well, I can make a PullRequest on the repo for the config.
