I'm using one and it's pretty good all round. That said I don't know anyone else with one.
The article is referring to cellular network equipment not mobile phones.
Perhaps I should pretend I have a piece of Nokia cell network equipment. I still don't know anyone else with one.
Nokia doesn't make smartphones either, they licensed their brand name to HMD Global.

Nokia hasn't actually made a mobile phone since 2014 after they sold their phone division to Microsoft, they just licence the name because it still sells.
I looked at getting a 5G router and I’m not surprised to see the whole thing not kicking off given how insanely expensive they are
