Looking up registration information is interesting. The company that runs this YouTube channel is nominally based out of Singapore, but a search for "Aceh Real Estate Group" turns up exactly zero entries globally on DDG.
Based on the subject matter of the YouTube channel and the associated website, combined with the registration based out of Singapore, I strongly suspect that this account is the same as the YouTube, et al. accounts, and that it's a Russian disinformation 'bot.
