Been sick all this week. I should have taken more than one day off but there are meetings I want to get out of the way. My sense of taste hasn't been the best so I think I'll do a COVID test and if it comes back positive I'll take the rest of the week off

I got an email from the regional manager in response to the complaint that I lodged last night. He wants to organise to meet with me tomorrow. Unfortunately I'm not available on Fridays so I'll have to meet him next week.

I'm not super keen about meeting people in person or discussing things over the phone, to be honest. Sort of get that way when people do that and promise the world and then don't follow through with it. Plus I feel like I am able to better articulate my points through email, but I seem to be in a very exclusive club with that.

I'll probably have to meet him in person, but I'll try and organise for someone else who's on my side to come so I have another advocate and a witness in case he tries to get out of whatever promises he makes. But then again I did that when I had a meeting with the former acting regional manager and he still refused to uphold his end of the agreement, so maybe it's all pointless

Had a stuffy nose last night, couldn’t sleep so put an extra pillow to keep head a bit elevated, and then woke up with sore neck. The irony of treatment for one ailment causing another.

My pikag was going from tullamarine to Essendon fields, but then ended up in Dandenong South. That always seems to happen. Every time I've seen a parcel go from melb airport to Essendon airport, it always goes via Dandenong South for.... Reasons

I also did an in transit redirection thingo to a random post office in the south east just for the fun of it, and tulla seems to be their only facility that applies the labels. So it will probably look something like Melbourne airport > dandy south > Essendon fields > Melbourne airport > held for redirection > Dandenong South > Essendon fields > cranbourne
