In the Russian city of Krasnodar, a court fined a 21-year-old woman for 30,000 roubles for posting a photo of a bag with the inscription "Sex is cool, but putin’s death [is – ed.] better".

A very short search finds this:

"A decent, comfortable life in Krasnodar, without splurging on unnecessary things, would cost around 210$ per month"

No guarantees with such a short search, but still more pertinent than how much it would be for us, right?
