Yeah it looks like you need to have had a documented service issue on the phone in order to qualify. I owned one but I cannot recall if I had issues with the phone. I think I did but I also don’t have any notice from this law firm and you cannot submit a claim without a ID number from the firm.

I just emailed the settlement administrator, I’ll update if I find that I am eligible in case others are also interested in trying their luck.
