Not a movie. First season of the Mandalorian. Din is about to hand over Grogu but is hesitant.

Oh my god thank you! Cant believe I forgot that. I was distinctly remembering the German accent and him being evil, so I was thinking some WW2 related movie
the actor is Werner herzog, better known as a director and generally insane art man.
So fucking cool Warner Herzog is officially Star Wars canon. I love that dramatic man.
