Put an ad up for another apprentice. ~~19~~ ~~26~~ 33 applications in 24 hours so far. Received almost 100 over the weekend when we put one up earlier in the year.

Fully qualified? Nothing in 3 months but "sponsor required" applications, and maybe half a dozen local people.... who you would never hire.

Trade shortage going on right meow.

@trk @brisbot @anathema_device i have noticed that its Hard to find appropriate job ads - the job boards inexplicably are lousy at geolocation and even keyword tagging. No idea why (yes, doubtless its money, but i haven’t figured it out). I mean, they had One Job!!! Err, pun not intended ;)
