Good question.
You can't "report it" from Lemmy because there's not even a post there to report.
You can probably DM @TheDude@sh.itjust.works directly within Lemmy.

My guess is at some point, we'll probably have to decide whether to require approval for creating a community instead of allowing everything and purging the garbage. Idk.

It's come to my attention that some lemmings feel the need to create and test multiple communities to determine which ones succeed - no response when I pointed out they could do so on an instance they created
