You sure it's Excalibur?
No. Operational Command West said it was a "precision strike" from 19km, so I assumed it must be Excalibur since it's Ukraine's only GPS guided munition.
From the directional explosion it looks more like SMArt155 or BONUS though I could not see a chute or submunition before the explosion.
I think Excalibur would mean much wider circular pattern of shrapnel impacting around.
Edit: 19 km would be in Smart155 range.
Some of the others sources are saying the same thing.
