Fridays are great because we don't have our useless and overly long morning stand-up meeting.

Fridays aren't great because we instead have an even longer sprint review meeting that doesn't start until 4:30...

Feel your pain there. Used to work at an agency that did this and also had a sprint review on Monday morning...
