Canonical has pulled the ISOs and is re-spinning them after user-submitted translations for the Ubuntu installer turned out to contain hate speech.

How does this even slip past supervisory review?

If they don't check things like this, what else do they not review?

Well they clearly do not normally review snap packages either...
