So India ordered the assassination of a Canadian official, Trudeau condemned the extra-judicial killing, and India responded by burning Canadian flags and launching cyber attacks against the Canadian military websites? Is that about right? Why is India picking fights with Canada?

Because everyone is courting India right now and Modi is revelling is his moment of glory, thinking he's as powerful as Putin used to be.

Because of the conflicts many nations have with China rn. India is the next largest "democracy" in the region.
