I didnt even finish my course but the company I worked for OJT took me in anyway. Now Im their main System Administrator.

Experience is a lot more valuable than that degree. Its just gonna be a piece of paper once you get hired.

Well, it does not open any extra, but in my country when I graduated w/o the degree many doors which were already opened closed on you.
