Meanwhile yellow shirt guy is the same dumbass with an American flag on his oversized pick up truck, and thin blue line bumper sticker, like 3 Trump stickers, and a three percenter sticker. Right wing libertarians are some of the biggest bootlickers I have ever seen.

The 'no step on snek' version is a sarcastic take on the original though, I think you might be interpreting this comic incorrectly

PCM background implies otherwise.

r/PoliticalCompassMeme background. Those colors are used for the two "libertarian" quadrants.

PCM was being run by Nazis to normalize fascist rhetoric.

Good detail, now I don't quite know what to think either. Do the details seem incongruent?

Yes, it's a clear libertarian/anarchist unity message. I don't think the author was aware of the purpose of the PCM subreddit, you needed to be fairly terminally online to know what was happening on the Nazi-angle.

Generally speaking what it mostly did was populize the quadrant colors as political identification symbols and spread the shorthands. Red/blue=authleft/authright, green/yellow=libleft/libright, etc.
