I never say it because, what's the point? It's unbelievable and unverifiable. Having said that:
I think I may have dated a Russian spy for a couple of years. I've looked for support groups/message board threads to that effect, but there's "surprisingly" little out there.
That's a huge betrayal of your trust. Have you done talk therapy?
