Fried my brain last night by staying up like a teenage gamer but binge watching after I couldn’t assignment any more.
Slept like the dead, though.
Out to feed the face, but not enjoying this wimdy.
I literally stayed up until 4am, watching a YT video on a wild af Doom Map (MyHouse.wad - Inside Dooms Most Terrifying Mod) essentially someone took House of Leaves and made a Doom Map inspired by it. Complete with a google drive of journal entries lol.
I just woke up and hour ago.
Haha, YT is the devil. The devil that I love. Just. so. much. random. content.
Also, that is freakin’ cool.

He explains why the mod is just weird AF, in all the good ways. And how it is a feat of technical prowess to make such a thing on the Doom engine.
My favourite yt content is a tie between 1-7 hour long video essays on a niche interest or an investigation, and videos on the degenerates that plague social media (personalities that air all their drama and addictions and nastiness on their platforms, and then bitch and complain about trolls 😂).
I wish I could say what my favourite content is, but I just can’t. I’ll watch almost everything and off the top of my head: lawn mowing, rebuilding watches, building/architecture, vehicles (building/driving/riding), mystery docos/random internet mysteries, serial murder content, court verdicts, pranks/scares, oh lawd pimple popper, surgeries, reviews, lifestyle/fashion/travel, other documentaries, how things work, end of life vlogging etc.
I think armchair people watching… Pretty much voyerusm, haha.

I watched about 30 minutes of that doom video. Strangely compelling.
