Is that possible? Where I live the ps5 pro is $1k but a gaming computer with the same power will run you $3-4k you can't really compete
You severely misunderstand what that hardware is. There's ready few videos on how to make a PC in that price. JayTwoCent is probably one of the better ones.
I don't want to make a PC. Just like I don't want to build my own ps5
Wrong community then. Go to the console or sony community please if you can't reason.
Yeah no reasoning here
Then you are in the same price range as PS5 but freedom of PC.
What freedom?
If they are buying premade it likely comes with Windows
Nothing stops you from installing arch Linux btw
we say the same for consoles so that doesn’t matter though ps5 linux is being worked on currently at least the PS5 is a BSD (FreeBSD11)
And then you'd need to learn the basics of Linux and solving issues related to gaming, that does not bother me (I like to hack stuff and set up Chinese handhelds lol) but it bothers my PC gaming Windows friends.
It's like an extra $50 or a few beers for someone to put it together for you.
I'm sorry you're getting downvoted as that's okay. Plenty of solid press builds too. But takes little research to find the best brand.
