May they will, maybe they won't. We will find out.

But lack of independent benchmarks even at this point is not a good sign.

Not mention that many in the west underestimate the "disincentives" from such state mandated programs which create opportunities for self-enrichment and complacency.

intel doesn't have anything worth talking about. it was a joke about how pathetic intel has become.
