If farmers are the main barrier to the response because they're refusing to comply with safety measures and testing then shut off all government payments until they comply. Fine them. The way our government let's corporations and business bully them it's embarrassing.

Crappy ones that they knowingly sale with faulty hardware. Of course someone tried that and they forced him into arbitration. I don't see why anyone supports that shit company anymore.
Common interest rates of 30% plus, predatory offers, hell I get real checks in the mail from local loan companies. All you have to do is sign and deposit and you are to their ridiculous terms. The free market needs reigned in.
A good reminder cops are murderers AND bullies.
I wish we had consumer protection in the US, but that's unlikely to happen when corporations own most of our politicians.
They're squeezing every dollar out of everyone who isn't rich. Pricing schemes, greedflation, unnecessary required subscriptions, rent, utilities. There's nothing left to spend because the rich have it all. So of course they're spending.
Yep, they took mine even when they weren't supposed to anymore for at least two months after I got them dismissed for TPD. When I tried to get back the overpayment they literally told me they can do anything they want and I would never get my money back. They were right. At least they never got the 27k back that was cancelled. Eat shit Nelnet.
As someone who struggles with mental illness, but has been lucky enough to not need intervention or hospitalization in my life so far, this seems like another good time to say ACAB.
Wow you showed him, absolutely nobody on the Internet who defends racists.
Imagine being that one downvoter in the sub so brainwashed you think this is a good thing. Believing you're persecuted as a Xtian and fighting some delusional battle for people's "souls".
By all means fuck the other half of the state under voter suppression right!? Houston is so blue that Harris County is the primary reason for their voter suppression. Do go on with your generalizations that make you feel strong and powerful by lumping everyone in a large geographical region together. Especially great character to do so on the premise of people's suffering.
It's picking up again. I'm still recovering from getting it 3 weeks ago, Paxlovid almost took care of it, but I rebounded. It immediate went to pneumonia, and AFIB from it. I had extra boosters being immunocompromised and I'm glad I did. The first time I got it was way worse.
