Geany for quick edits, and VSCode for everything else. Mostly because that's what I'm comfortable with. Think I may try Sublime soon.

Couldn't you say the same thing about power companies and the mail system? We're taking about shutting off utilities to help/hinder those that align with ideals.

Make sure you're not pitching in a cold sink. Learned this in Lincoln National Forest, and so glad I had an emergency bivvy in my pack.

Clear heat shrink. Probably 20 or 22AWG. You can get a whole set of them at an auto parts store. Don't use a lighter to shrink the tube, use a heat gun, or if you have no other option use a soldering iron.

The lighter will heat up too fast, and depending on the shrink rate will tear the tube, and you'll damage the wire insulation.
