Perhaps being from such a hot planet, their cuisine consists of mainly chilled dishes.

lmao! Who do you propose to run it? The Liberals? LOL The Conservatives? Even bigger LOL

The only people we can trust less than industry to handle this is anybody we might elect to government.

They are gonna win, too. Less than 3000 people voted in the leadership vote that elected this guy, they'll have no trouble beating that number. Apathy is their greatest weapon, NB will be a theocracy.

Fascination would probably be fun. Or Dramatis Personae.

Honestly, I prefer the version of the future that contains that one dude who thinks hairy cereal is an absolute banger idea.

The Trouble With Edward is indeed canon. Somewhere in the Federation, there's Tribbles cereal, and someone who believes in it enough to make commercials for it.

I kinda hate that the discussion is about whether or not it has failed, when the reality is that all this remains inaccessible to many of the people who need it most. People are arguing about whether or not homeless people are selling their pills, and not asking why weekend warriors, with physical jobs and families, are still dying for lack of access to a clean supply. Why are we coddling the homeless while throwing the people who literally build this country to the wolves?

Almost makes it worth losing your biological and technological distinctiveness and becoming an involuntary part of a rampaging evil horde. Actually that sounds like a lot of parties I've been to...

I bet the Borg throw the best parties. Could you imagine, the entire Collective, doing the wave??

As if they weren't already basically the same.
