Completely anecdotal, but I had similar reactions when taking both Zyrtec and singulair for asthma/allergies, and switching out the ceririzine for loratidine or diphenhydramine(benedryl) got rid of the symptoms. Back when I started on singulair, I had no idea that certain allergy medicines could have an effect on mental health, but nowadays there's a disclaimer packet every time I pick up a prescription of singulair. I had to do some experimenting with different combinations of allergy medications to find what worked best for me without side effects, so I'd recommend having a conversation with your doctor about what would be best for you to try

That's like the main plot of Don Quixote: he read too many books about knights in shining armor saving princesses (essentially the soap operas of their time) that he went crazy and started believing he was one of those galliant heroes

An unexpected one for me was my air fryer. I thought it would be very situational and gimmicky, but I use it all the time. It's basically a small second oven that cooks food faster, uses less energy, and doesn't take forever to preheat

I started with cast iron before getting a nice stainless pan, and I had every intention of using both equally, but I rarely reach for the cast iron now. Really only use it when I need very high heat (like for cast iron pizza) or with things that would stick a ton and make a mess (like burgers)

Just going to save some people some research and say: just get a Baratza Encore. Good enough at it's price point to make great filter, cold brew, or aeropress coffee, and every part that could possibly break can be ordered directly from the company and repaired yourself (although a lot of people go 5-10 years with their machine in perfect condition). If you're doing espresso, there's the encore ESP, and if you really want the highest quality burrs for the price, you can go for a hand grinder from any number of companies, such as 1zpresso

+1 for the fellow prismo, makes brewing with the aeropress foolproof and easily repeatable. I use it exactly the same way as you, but if I want espresso-style coffee I use James Hoffmann's aeropress recipe for it (18g/90ml)

To be fair, framework is an oddity when it comes to tech startups, they must have some sort of business magician over there making sure releases are timely and everything is mostly kept in stock

Yeah, weird choice to bring coffee gear into this, which has a pretty large community advocating for manual hand grinders and brewing with a plastic cone instead of a coffee machine
