"Seeing the results among independents and evangelicals" = "I won the debate if you ask people who already support me."

Just more proof he thinks only the people who agree with him count as people.

Not liking something and expressing it isn't the same as being rude. It can be done rudely, but this is about as benign as disagreement on taste gets. Can't imagine how a mod could self justify a ban over this.

Changing amendments is no problem when you have judges to "reinterpret" them at will

Not knowing anything about French law, I'm assuming if he's regarded as mentally ill he may receive a more lenient sentence. Purely on those grounds, I hope he's regarded as being of sound mind so he's put away for as long as possible

Lol I dunno, somebody wrapping up a tiny little cube as a prank seems a bit more likely than the tide rising above normal

But then they might lock you down inside!

I'm imagining waking up in the middle of the night to someone riding the whole thing away with me still in it

Seriously. What the fuck. Institutionalized child abuse. And then they say trans people are somehow the real danger.

It is a dirty joke, one that implies everyone takes turns in the test chamber, aka the barrel.

Black Mesa was an insane confluence of theoretical and practical physics. I mean they're inventing fucking interdimensional travel and handheld laser weapons. Also there's a security guard that jokes to Gordon "looks like you're in the barrel today" which implies everyone on the team takes turns in the suit. That was just Gordon's day; he probably does spend most days in an office somewhere doing math

Most dogs actually enjoy training. It's another game! One where they get treats for doing the right thing! My dog actually gets antsy if I don't have him do any trick routines for a few days.

Edit to say you do you and if your dog and you are happy that's all that really matters

That might be because they actually aren't binding in many cases. Courts have held that if the contract can't be reasonably expected to be read or understood by the people it "binds," it's not really enforceable, and 99% of EULAs are ridiculously long and legalese-heavy. But that doesn't change the fact companies can and will treat them as such until challenged in court, and they'll almost always be allowed to refuse service to pretty much whoever they want.

So you'd be right here; grandma's post about not giving Facebook the right to her data is meaningless. Don't want Facebook to have your data? Don't use Facebook!
