"Jesus Christ."

Ink printers in any case are for single use, the cartridges usually cost more than a new printer. What they charge for a few milliliters of ink is a scam.

Buying used black and white laser printers is where it's at. 10€ per toner cartridge online which lasts 1000s of pages! Doesn't get dry nozzles if you don't use it for a long time etc.

Yes, but not if you need a color printer, than a laser printer cost more as the PC and the inkprinter don't even work in black and white when magenta is empty.

Try thrift stores. Ive found many expensive laser printers going for pennies on the dollar.

At this point I'm going to have to use a normal paper and pen

One of the priciest liquids in the world... I do hope that the steep prices will at least make people wanna print less
