Weird. Felt a little self conscious. Mainly did cardio.

That was in 2016. Been 7 years now and it's much better. Seeing progress obviously helps but it's all about consistency to feel more comfortable. Glad you're enjoying going! πŸ’ͺ

First time was kind of weird, self conscious and all. Since then, I just go and do my thing; care less about what others think. Still avoiding to hog the equipment and be polite and all that. Also I learned more technique so I get fewer injuries, and I go slower on increasing the weights from week to week.

In my case, people just don’t seem to care, i mean they are polite and all but everyone kind of do their own thing. After a week or two, i realized that and became comfortable..
