Grindr isn't that big of a company.

170 employees according to the Internet.

80 employees were fired because they refused to be back in office.

Which means 90 employees left, and apparently it's a shit show? 90 employees is like three classrooms of kids. And you're telling me that there handful of leaders there are so terrible, people are unionizing?

Sounds like pretty standard leadership to me. Positions in upper management pretty much everywhere tend to attract power tripping assholes.
