I've just started hormone replacement therapy.

  • Biologically male

I want to change

  • My legal name
  • My appearance

Any advice would be apreciated!

Drop "biologically". It's almost exclusively used by anti-transgender extremists.

Instead use, "Assigned male/female at birth" ie AMAB & AFAB.
