Carbon credits are a scam. At best, they allow companies to market "carbon neutrality" to placate consumer guilt so they can keep producing and selling at the usual ever-increasing rate.
It's little more than an excuse to not hit the brakes on the luxury industry.
At worst, they are a straight up lie.
Personally, I don't see a difference.
