She seems to be trying to be more authentic, and that is beautiful, closer to true art. Let's recognize she is young, has beautiful/healthy skin, practices daily skin care, and also seems to have gone through tooth aesthetics procedures like tooth whitening (and many people also take meds for managing things like acne which come with side effects). So if you are able to attain such beauty and not need makeup and other artificial enhancements, then just go for it; it is what she says

If one is happy in their own skin we should not be made to cover up our face with makeup.

So good true art is not only an expression of authenticity, you also need beauty.
