This was definitely done to spite GrayJay no doubt about it since they clearly state in the app to download the version from the website rather than the play version.

Yeah I hear ya. How do you happen to be running it? I use NixOS and its a challenge there for me but I found atleast some success using docker since the dependencies are so out of control for AI at the moment.

Also give Ollama-rocm + Open Webgui a shot as an alternative to koboldcpp if you cant get atleast some text generation to work because that is the only thing I have got working with rocm.

This checks out after what they recently did to the ZLUDA project. As an owner of an AMD gpu I agree that ROCM support is really bad. It works half of the time and fairly poorly.

So true. PBS has always been a reliable place to find something decent to watch when all else fails I feel. Not to mention no commercials! or very little if any.

I subbed to Jerma for a long time on twitch and bought merch when he was more active and gave a couple dollars to Callmekevin when he streamed.

The cool thing about donating is they respond to your message if they arent a dick that just has a tts going 24/7. For example Jerma didnt really push donating he just enjoys reading chat and I actually got my message read once by him. I feel like using tts is a cheap and soulless copout of interaction that most suckers feel they get value out of just because it was shown or heard on stream.

I use proton vpn secure core on my desktop browser via the extension and mullvad everywhere else, I like it for that but not much else since mullvad is just better with their ram only servers

I have mainly seen people use picarto but I think thats usually just for nsfw art but IIRC some NSFW game makers I followed used it for progress streams.

You're in for a good time with that thing. Its also great if you want to do more with it as you feel comfortable doing.

As for my impulsive buy? Id say the same thing as yours, when the steam deck came out I immediately pre ordered it. I had been waiting for a good PC handheld experience for a very long time and Valve were the ones to show up unlike the very bad GPD Win I used a couple years prior.

The only thing I knew about it was that it was going to use linux so while I was waiting I started to learn about it and actually use it on my main PC over windows and I have never looked back since.

(kinda) A great website to share if you have no idea how to explain the downfall of the US economy.

Edit: Thanks to everyone who provided insight on this website. I've had this in my bookmarks for a very long time and was curious how it held up.
