Absolutely. I don't know how people play complex CRPG's with a controller. Just the inventory alone would drive me nuts!
outside of Apple arcade, I don't think Apple cares one iota about gaming. As evidenced by your observation. It's a huge market to miss, but they don't really seem to care. All they keep doing is adding old mobile remakes of games everyone has played before to their Arcade subscription nobody would ever pay for if it wasn't bundled into Apple one..
All the steamworld games are SO GOOD. I can't wait for Build later this year. The demo is already wonderful.

Agreed! I love the slow but steady pace of development. I'm already having a great experience here - give it a couple years even and it'll be magnificent.
I hope she can do something with the rumored amazon breakup. I was disappointed in the Microsoft Activision approval though ... so who knows.
I constantly drop my phone, the kid knocks it off the dinner table, it gets rained on, etc etc etc... I have an iphone 12 pro (coming up on three years old) with no screen protector, just a regular case (albeit a really good case: Peak Design) and it's still going strong to this day with zero malfunctions or visible wear even. I think I do need to replace the case. But anyway ... I don't think any kind of foldable / flippable phone could survive that kind of life.

They haven't been doing their job for decades now. It must actually be kinda awesome working there. Your entire job is just to LOOK busy but never actually do anything. Man, I could read a ton of books, do some hobby coding, plan some really need landscaping projects, OOOOO man I could do so much! Maybe I should apply for a job there. Here would be my interview:

No, because this sets an extremely bad precedent. The simpler answer is just not give bailouts like this. A properly functioning anti-trust department wouldn't let these private companies get so big they are deemed "too vital to fail" ... but here we are.
I'm amazed that it's legal for a car company to sell you something, and then after you own it, remotely disable xyz aspects of the functionality unless you pay them more. How can that be legal? I own the car, it's MINE now, how can I not use every single thing that's in it?
