Atom punk meets solar punk I see..

(The MD-160 Soviet ekranoplan was based on the same concept but in a very different way. It's really interesting to see a potential revival of this idea.) The MD-160, the sole completed Lun-class ekranoplan model. A rusty blue aircraft floating on a lake. It looks vaguely atompunk.
