~ 3. Use spoiler tags. This applies to any episodes that have dropped within 3 months prior of your posting. After that it's free game.
~ 4. Keep it Trek related. This one is kind of a gimme but keep as on topic as possible.
~ 5. Keep posts to a limit. We all love Star Trek stuff but 3-4 posts in an hour is plenty enough.
~ 6. Try to not repost. Mistakes happen, we get it! But try to not repost anything from within the past 1-2 months.
~ 7. No General AI Art. Posts of simple AI art do not 'inspire jamaharon'
~ 8. No Political Upheaval. Political commentary is allowed, but please keep discussions civil. Read here for our community's expectations.

I just wanted to say thanks for everyone in making this community hit the ground sprinting. I never expected things to take off this quickly and I certainly didn't expect this to feel so homey and welcoming. I haven't felt this since I first started posting to Lemmy.

I wish I could say that I made that logo. I have the ability to make it but I'm not sure how good it would work in comparison. But seriously thank you for the compliment! Seriously!
I found this image while looking for shots of the Ten Forward set:
All I did was remove the background, extra text, add extra space between the text and the delta, recolor everything and add a couple dropshadows/strokes. Same with the banners really. All I did was take a couple of images and slap some text on them. Actually... considering they'll likely never see the light of day again anyway, here were the other options we were considering.
We need the logo on hats and tshirts!
Hey, it still looks great, I dig the color fills and various finishing bits you did, and I do see you tightened up the keming. Omg I could talk about this all day, I was a graphic designer in a previous life. But that was a long time ago.
But yeah the logo is slick, and the banners are fun! We should use them somewhere. I agree with negativenull, hats and shirts!! I would totally buy one.
