I confess my first thought when reading the question though was: "none."
I used to be quite comfortable drawing the line in the sand and picking such stands (totally love the "could care less" example, lol) but as I have gotten older, I have often been far more amused by people's unwillingness to see reason than annoyed by it, so I just sort of move off those hills now and just watch the fireworks from other people fly instead. ๐ฅ๐
Ported subwoofers are far superior to sealed subwoofers. Most people prefer "sealed" because it's more forgiving of box sizes and dimensions. But it sounds like garbage - ported subwoofer boxes provide a much more dynamic range of sound allowing them to "blend" better with other speakers in the setup.
I've tried to argue this for 25 years with my big brother but he refuses to listen haha.
